Dr. Settle is a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A native Washingtonian, Dr. Settle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland College Park. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. Dr. Settle completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Settle has provided Women’s Healthcare to inner city and rural communities along the Northeast and more recently as far as the Midwest for over 12 years. She served as Chair of the Department of OB/GYN at UM Charles Regional Medical Center from 2018-2020 and is currently enjoying being a “traveling OB/GYN physician”. She is excited to have the honor to serve her community at home with the opening of ROWS Gynecology where she will utilize her expertise of treating diverse populations to deliver, warm, personalized care to her patients!
